Note: The order total is before applicable taxes, after discounts are applied and DO NOT include gift card values. 

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for fulfillment, packing, and shipment processing. Our Delivery Standard commences after the order leaves our facility. Please note that our delivery partners may necessitate an additional business day to process packages post-shipment, especially in remote delivery areas, which might exceed the standard delivery timeline. Please be mindful that seasonal fluctuations could affect postal services, potentially causing delays in delivery.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to register within our carriers' systems once your order has been dispatched. If shipping to a P.O. Box, kindly ensure that the postal office accepts parcels, as Sunkidz cannot be held responsible for undeliverable orders returned to us.

Important Note

Sunkidz is not responsible for any packages that are: 

  • Damaged, lost, or stolen during delivery by the carrier
  • Delayed because of inspection by the local customs office
  • Refused by the local customs office
  • Delayed during delivery carrier peak seasons (Holidays, etc.)
  • Delayed or returned due to incorrect and/or incomplete addresses
  • Delayed or returned because they were unclaimed by the recipient

Returns Policies

We accept returns and provide refunds for items that don't fit, are damaged, or are the wrong size.

All returned items must be in their original conditions: unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including all accessories.

If these conditions are not met, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.
