Visual MathSmart is a four-title series that employs a wide variety of visuals to present math concepts and help children build strong math foundations. The series covers the four basic mathematical operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Visual representations, including pictures, colours, and diagrams, are widely employed to let children visualize the essential math concepts and gain a better understanding of them.
Each unit begins by introducing several visual strategies to develop skills in each operation, followed by interesting and systematic practice to build the necessary math skills, and problem-solving questions to reinforce and consolidate the concepts learned. At the end of each book are stickers and cut-out manipulatives to enrich children's learning experience.
